My name is Alina. I am a Special Education Middle School Teacher and run softball lessons in my free time.

I am where you are right now! I have attempted many fitness plans to keep me motivated and in shape, but nothing has worked. I sometimes feel like I have no time in the day, but enough is enough. I have to stop with the excuses and I have to hold myself accountable.
